Mobile DC Fast Charging — Mine Sites, Construction & Off-Grid Operations
Off-grid mobile charging and power for mining operations, construction sites, events and any environment the grid can’t reach — trailer, van or truck mounted, deployed where you need it.
UON DC-FC Mobile — up to 180 kW
Trailer- or van-mounted DC fast charging with 100–434 kWh LFP battery storage. Dual CCS2 guns deliver up to 180 kW, plus industrial AC outlets up to 100 kW for tools, site sheds and emergency power. Liquid-cooled and IP54 rated for harsh site conditions — from light vehicles to heavy electric plant.
UON DC-FC 1200 — 2 MWh Fleet Charging
Containerised 2 MWh energy storage on a truck, with six 200 kW DC charging guns to charge an entire fleet simultaneously and 500 kW of industrial AC output for site power. Rapidly deployable to mine sites, construction projects and remote operations.
Off-Grid Integrated EV Charging Solution
A continuous, high-throughput remote EV charging station delivered as a single skid-mounted microgrid — solar and renewables paired with the UON SMART™ CELL battery and UON DC-FC dispenser for fast, reliable charging anywhere: on-grid, grid-constrained or fully off-grid.
Chargestar is an MSP (Managed Services Provider) that supplies, installs and maintains charging stations and provides network management services for charging station networks. Chargestar creates charging station infrastructure solutions designed to help our clients transition to a zero emissions transport future and optimise revenue from commercial electric vehicle charging operations.
Chargestar is not aligned to any charging station manufacturer or network management system. Chargestar avoids vendor lock in by choosing products and services that are interoperable and compliant with open standards. Chargestar designs optimal solutions for its clients using a variety of hardware suppliers and software platforms.

- White-label or Chargestar Network - Optional hosting of charging stations on the Chargestar network or on a separate instance of the Chargestar platform white labeled for customers who wish to create their own charging station network. Customise end-user mobile apps to suit your brand.
- Fleet Charging - Our Fleet Manager Portal empowers you to manage and control all aspects of your EV fleet charging operations to maximize utilization and reduce energy costs leveraging smart charging capabilities.
